Leadership Team Evaluation
Whether you (or your client) want to maximize the likelihood of selling a business (and selling it at full price) or you want to ensure that a business being considered for purchase has a strong leadership team, the strength of the leadership team must be objectively established.
That’s what our Leadership Team Assessment will do. We conduct a 360 Assessment on each of the top leaders (usually 3-10 executives) and provide a Leadership Team Assessment Summary along with a detailed Assessment Report on each of the leaders.
