I’m passionate about helping leaders become more effective and companies achieve greater success.
As an executive coach, mentor, and strategist, I help senior leaders enhance their impact and newly promoted leaders become more effective.
My clients get the results they want because my background is different than most other coaches. I have an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business along with a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming an executive coach, I held a number of executive positions including CFO, COO, and EVP. I also lived and worked overseas as a Business Advisor to a member of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia. Additionally, I’m a Founding Member of the International Association of Coaches and a Past-President of the Denver Coach Federation.
I bring a variety of perspectives to my clients after years of working with professionals from many different industries. Additionally, I have two important strengths that make my coaching even more effective.
I have a highly developed talent for identifying problems and distinguishing them from the symptoms they cause. This allows me to help my clients more rapidly develop practical, effective solutions.
The second strength is that I tend to see things from a different perspective than most. This allows me to “see” things others miss, uncover blind spots, and offer more insightful perspectives.
