Typical Engagements

Senior Executive

For over 20 years we’ve been helping leaders become more effective.  Here are some typical scenarios along with some of the issues we address.

  • C-Suite/Senior Executive: Most senior executives (either established or new in a position) lack a confidential, unbiased sounding board – someone who can offer outside perspective, help assess situations, strategize solutions, and enhance effectiveness. (Pretty much everyone around a leader has an agenda. Either they want things to change, or they want things to stay the same.)  Our Executive Coaching for C-Suite and Senior Executives has proven to be a welcome solution.
  • Newly Promoted or Grooming for Advancement: An organization has identified one or more leaders to groom for advancement. (Or has recently promoted a new leader.) These new leaders need to shift from managing things to leading people. Additionally, many new leaders suffer from “impostor syndrome” – which leads to self-limiting and self-defeating behaviors. Our Leadership Assessment and Leadership Development Coaching are the perfect tools to improves a leader’s interpersonal skills, influence, strategic thinking and productivity.
