Objectively evaluating the leaders of a company is an essential part of the due diligence process and that’s what our Quality of LeadershipTM Report will do.
We conduct a 360 Assessment on each of the top leaders (usually 3-10 executives) and provide a Quality of LeadershipTM Report summarizing the results for the team, along with a detailed Assessment Report (30-40 pages) on each of them.
This QoL Report is an invaluable tool in establishing the strength of the leadership bench and/or highlighting the areas that need bolstering. It’s conducted online, is confidential, and provides comprehensive results in about two weeks.
