Our Pre-Hire Assessment is a powerful tool for providing objective insights into a candidate’s personalty and strengths. It is especially useful when deciding among two or more candidates.
Combining aspects of several well-respected tools (Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and Holland Code), it generates a comprehensive profile to help determine whether a candidate will fit well into their role.
Using this multi-faceted assessment, we can present findings and useful insights gained to inform lines of questioning for final interviews*. We use a multi-faceted test in order to reduce the impact of potential Cultural Test Bias.
The assessment is conducted online and can be completed in under 15 minutes.
Once the assessment(s) is complete, we include a debrief to help you extract the insights.
