Unless the coach and the successor have good “chemistry”, the results will be mediocre.  We have a team of coaches to select from to maximize the likelihood of success.  Additionally, we ensure all stakeholders are in alignment, so progress is made on the competencies that matter most.

Assessment and Evaluation

We use our comprehensive, proprietary 360º Successor Assessment, developed to gather feedback not only on soft skills (like Emotional Intelligence), but the other skills critical for success (like Strategic Thinking and Sound Judgment).  We also provide quarterly progress meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and level of engagement.
